Tom Huddlestone celebrates first goal in almost two years by getting chunk of hair cut off

Hull City midfielder Tom Huddelstone finally broke his personal goal drought that goals all the way back to April 2011, when he scored for Spurs in a 3-3 draw against Arsenal. Since then he had pledged not to cut his hair until he scored again in an effort to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Well, on his birthday and with his 39th shot of the season (according to Opta), Huddlestone finally scored again in Hull's 6-0 thumping of Fulham. And he celebrated by running to the touchline and letting a member of Hull's staff cut off a chunk of his massive hair, which the player then tossed into the air like money at a strip club.

Huddlestone's goal was Hull's fourth of the day and came in the 67th minute. We can only assume that once he has a bit more time, the rest of his hair will go the way of that first chunk. But hopefully it won't be used to completely cover the pitch at the KC Stadium.

Here's video of the goal with which Huddlestone scored — it was quite good!
