On any other team in any other season, you wouldn't be able to stop people from talking about Daniel Sturridge. The 24-year-old striker has scored 13 goals in 15 matches this season, smashing his personal best of 11 in 30 matches in 2011/12 and putting him third in the league — one goal behind Man City's Kun Aguero. Of course, leading the league his Sturridge's teammate Luis Suarez, who has an astounding 23 goals in 18 appearances, so he has naturally gobbled up much of the spotlight.

Sturridge scored twice and won the man of the match award in Liverpool's 4-0 win over Everton despite missing a penalty to complete his hat trick. Suarez, meanwhile, just scored once. But in the interest of giving Sturridge his due, here are several things he can do better than his supremely talented teammate.

-Score goals that come as a surprise even to him...

-Celebrate goals with a unique signature dance...

-Then give fans a one on one lesson in how it's done (NSFW language in video below)...

-Apologize when he acts petulant on the pitch (1:12 into the video below)...

-Avoid lengthy bans for biting or racially abusing people.

-Not once (let alone twice) demand that Liverpool sell him.

-Kill you in Call of Duty...

-Appreciate an uplifting Kolo Toure photoshop...
