Samuel Eto'o has had a difficult time adjusting since his move from Anzhi to Chelsea, but Schalke keeper Timo Hildebrand helped boost his confidence by gifting him a Champions League goal. Acting as if Eto'o had enabled his invisibility powers, Hildebrand took his sweet time on the ball. Meanwhile, the former Barcelona striker enabled his stealth mode and charged right at Hildebrand, who was too busy looking further upfield to notice him.
Just as Hildebrand was finally about to kick the ball, Eto'o blocked it and deflected it back into Schalke's goal to make it 1-0 in the 31st minute. With his second goal of the season on the board, Eto'o then went on to score in a more traditional manner in the 54th minute to make it 2-0 in Chelsea's favor.
