Road warning: Andrei Arshavin passed his driving test

Andrei Arshavin used his new Twitter account to announce a warning to anyone on the roads in the England: He now has a license to drive.

In typical Arshavin honesty, Andrei started his announcement with understandable excitement before ending on the down note of admitting that it was his second try. And now, Andrei can finally live his dream of denying driving lessons to women in accordance with his beliefs, which he shared with the Daily Mail back in 2009. Said Andrei:

'I would never give driving lessons to women. We need to build new roads for them. Why? Because you never know what to expect from a woman on the road.

'If you see a car behaving weirdly, swerving and doing strange things, before you see the driver you know it is a woman. It is always a woman.'

Meanwhile, Andrei plans to employ a unique driving style that involves him sitting as he is in the picture above and using his feet to steer.
