The rivalry between Olympiacos and PAOK is about as fierce as intercity conflicts between teams can get. Often, their meeting are peppered with anger and ill behavior, and Sunday's Greek Super League clash was no exception.
In the 57th minute, with the score level at 1-1, PAOK defender Juan Insaurralde and Olympiacos' Delvin Ndinga had a little disagreement as a free kick was about to be taken. The Argentinean settled the dispute by clumping Ndinga around the head with his fist.
Note how Insaurralde looks away a few times — presumably to see if the referee was watching — before delivering the blow.
It's not quite clear whether the official saw the incident, as Insaurralde somehow got away with just a yellow card.
PAOK should have been down to 10 men, but they used their full-strength lineup to score an 84th-minute winner. That probably hurt even more than the punch.
