Paddy Power put emergency Alex Ferguson wax figure outside Old Trafford

The bookmaker that brought you Nicklas Bendtner's UEFA upsetting underpants and the Stamford Bridge billboard that mocked Fernando Torres has pulled yet another prank — this time targeting down and out Manchester United. A day after Man United's 3-1 loss at Chelsea, prompting Jose Mourinho to suggest the Premier League champions' title hopes are all but dead, Paddy Power placed a glass case outside Old Trafford containing a frightening wax figure of Sir Alex Ferguson in his "Fergie Time" pose.

The sign on the case reads, "In case of emergency break glass." And David Moyes' reign is turning into one. The real Sir Alex Ferguson, meanwhile, was in attendance at Stamford Bridge with Simply Red singer Mick Hucknall, who himself may or may not be a better option than Moyes at this point.

Paddy Power's odds on Moyes not finishing the season with Man United are at 13/5, while the odds on Ferguson reclaiming his spot on the touchline this season are at 13/2.

The waxwork Ferguson is watching you.
