Nadine Kessler, Cristiano Ronaldo's museum win UEFA's Best Player in Europe awards

Cristiano Ronaldo's museum and Nadine Kessler are the recipients of the UEFA Best Player in Europe and Best Women's Player in Europe awards, respectively. Both are deserving first-time winners of the relatively new awards. But only one of them vowed to put their new trophy in a real museum dedicated entirely to themselves (again, it's Cristiano Ronaldo).

Ronaldo set a Champions League scoring record (17 goals) on his way to winning the tournament with Real Madrid last season and beating out Bayern's Manuel Neuer and Arjen Robben to the award.

"I'm really happy so I must say thanks to my team-mates because without the team, individual awards would not be possible," Ronaldo told the crowd in Monaco. "I don't have this trophy in my museum, so my brother is going to put it there."

Kessler, meanwhile, was one of three finalists all from back-to-back Bundesliga and Women's Champions League winners Wolfsburg (Nilla Fischer and Martina Muller being the others). She scored five goals and had six assists in the Champions League last season, putting her in the top 10 in both categories. If you're unfamiliar with her work, here's a compilation video with obligatory techno soundtrack...
