Mesut Ozil played the final half hour of Arsenal's 2-0 Capital One Cup loss to Chelsea at the Emirates. After the final whistle blew, he shared a tender moment with the man who coached him at Real Madrid before they both moved to London over the summer, Jose Mourinho.
Ozil gave Mourinho his shirt and shared a warm embrace with the Chelsea manager, which gave Arsene Wenger the chance to feel a bit of jealousy to go with his disappointment after getting knocked out of the competition by an old foe.
Ozil told Bild earlier this month that he and Mourinho have remained in contact since they both left Madrid and that Mourinho sent him a "Welcome to London" text when he first joined Arsenal.
In an effort to foster a relationship with his new star player like the one he shares with Mourinho, Wenger will probably ask Ozil to play video games with him while everyone has has to train and make several awkward attempts to hug him while they do so.
