As most seasoned travelers know, when a child illicitly sneaks into the first class cabin of an airline, any celebrity passengers will start outlandishly competing with each other for the youngster's affection.
This is exactly the scenario that plays out in the new commercial for Turkish Airlines, the official carrier of FC Barcelona. In the clip, we learn that Leo Messi is significantly better than L.A. Lakers star Kobe Bryant at stacking playing cards (all that experience with Lego architecture must've come in handy) and balloon animal artistry.
Plus, we learn that a basketball player juggling a ball between his legs looks nowhere near as impressive as a footballer doing his thing.
The ultimate winner, however, is ice cream. Just like in real life.
Earlier this year, Turkish Airlines reportedly obliged Barcelona's request to use female-only air staff on their flights, as the players were tired of being hassled by the male ones. How strange that they would advertise their services by depicting the lighthearted outcome of haranguing their most famous player in the air...
