James Rodriguez scores first La Liga goal with brilliant top-corner effort

James Rodriguez scores his first La Liga goal in style, pinning the ball to the top corner from outside the penalty area against Deportivo La Coruna. His goal was sandwiched between two from Cristiano Ronaldo to give Real Madrid a 3-0 lead at halftime.

In the second half, Gareth Bale added two of his own, Ronaldo completed his hat trick and Chicharito scored his first two goals in a white shirt to give Madrid a 8-2 win.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez made headlines a day earlier by saying, "I do not know how James plays" despite spending 80 million euros on him after his outstanding World Cup performance for Colombia. Well Florentino, this is how he plays. Not bad.
