2006 World Cup winner Rino Gattuso has signed on as a spokesman for McDonald's in Italy and as part of the deal, they somehow convinced him to get behind the counter at one of their restaurants hand out burgers for a couple hours.
Alongside a coworker who was clearly hyped up with nervous energy born from the knowledge that he would be the first to succumb to Gattuso's violent fury should anything set him off, the new OFI Crete manager donned an orange shirt complete with "Rino" nametag and dealt with the hoard of customers excited to see him in such a strange situation. I'd say he didn't seem pleased to be doing it, but when has he ever seemed pleased to be doing anything?
In addition to that nightmare, Gattuso has also filmed a series of brief videos for McDonald's (see them all here) in which he teaches Azzurri fans useful World Cup phrases. Or something like that.
