FedEx Field thinks Man United play at 'Old Traddord,' Man United unfamiliar with their own players

(@SoccerInsider)

Manchester United played Inter in an International Champions Cup match surrounded by empty seats at Washington, D.C.'s FedEx Field. To teach any new fans in the house about the two clubs, the stadium's jumbotron helpfully provided the name of Man United's home stadium. The only problem, was that "Old Trafford" was spelled impressively wrong.

The American scoreboard operator wasn't the only one having a bad night, though. Man United's own in-house TV station had an incredible howler of their own by getting creative with matching pictures to names on the starting lineup graphic.

The fact that Chris Smalling is suddenly eight inches shorter and Brazilian could be cause for concern.
