DTotD: New Zealand’s Ben Sigmund sent off for two-footed stomp in OSN Cup final

The United Arab Emirates beat New Zealand 2-0 in the OSN Cup final and New Zealand's Ben Sigmund didn't take it well. In the 89th minute, Sigmund earned a red card for tripping and then delivering a two-footed stomp on the legs of UAE scorer Ali Mabkhout.

According to New Zealand coach Ricki Herbert, Sigmund felt so bad about the callous act after the match that he apologized...to his own team.
