Everybody loves getting some screen time, even tall, tuxedoed men standing inches behind the queen of England.
The guy is sitting in a box with the queen and the archbishop of Canterbury. Lucius Malfoy must have been just out of camera shot. That's power! The point is, this mystery man has to be pretty important to be chillin' with the just-parachuted queen. Surely he's been near television cameras before. He's not some 8-year-old girl getting on the JumboTron at a Mets game, you know?
