Paralympian Josh Sundquist remains the king of Halloween costumes

Yes, Sundquist, who in the past has dressed as a gingerbread man with a missing leg, the leg lamp from "A Christmas Story," and a flamingo, has honored his own inclusion on the US Amputee Soccer team by making himself into a human Foosball player.

Sundquist lost his leg as a child due to Ewing's sarcoma. However, he became an alpine skier and also draws crowds as a motivational speaker. It's not hard to see why. On the soccer pitch, Sundquist will represent the United States at the 2014 Amputee World Cup in Mexico.

"I’ve always dealt with the social discomfort of my disability by having a sense of humor, but I used to be much more self-conscious," Sundquist says on his website. "In high school I wore a prosthesis all the time and didn’t want anyone to find out I was missing a leg. But now I’m more comfortable with who I am and what I look like, and I guess with these Halloween costumes you could even say that I celebrate what makes me different."
