A good night for the "old ladies"

It was a good day in Beijing for women over 35. First Constantina Tomescu, a 38-year-old Romanian runner, handily won the marathon. Her closest competitor, Kenya's Catherine Nderba, was more than a minute behind. 41-year-old Dara Torres won two silver medals within an hour, first breaking an American record in the 50-free, and then in the 400 medley relay. In the post-race interview, Torres said that she will tell her daughter that you don't have to put an age limit on your dreams. Torres and Tomescu showed tonight how true that is.
