Globe and Mail wins the gold medal in bad advertising

Oh, this is bad. According to copyranter, the following ad ran in Tuesday's edition of the Globe and Mail, one of Canada's largest national newspapers.

In light of the tragic death of Nodar Kumaritashvili, this is truly unfortunate. We can give the Chartered Accountants of Canada a pass, because it would have had to come up with this ad long before running it in a paper. However, the ad ran four days after the luger's death, which is plenty of time to make some sort of adjustment to the ad, whether it be placement or not even running it at all.
