Wojtek Wolski sets KHL record with hat trick in 106 seconds (Video)

Wojtek Wolski was infamous during his NHL career for short bursts of tantalizing offense, followed by long stretches of ineffective play.

True to form, Wolski scored the fastest hat trick in KHL history for Torpedo on Monday against Sibir: Three goals in 106 seconds.

Wolski scored 34 seconds into the second period on a breakaway. He struck again from point blank range 1:51 into the second. He completed the hat trick off a deflection in front.

Incidentally, the NHL record for fastest three goals is held by Bill Mosienko, who tallied a hat trick in 21 seconds in 1952.
