• Los Angeles Kings Hall of Fame broadcaster Bob Miller had heart surgery and appreciates your well wishes. 

• The Montreal Canadiens should shut down goaltender Carey Price for the remainder of their disappointing 2015-16 season. Price, last year’s league MVP, has played 12 games this season as he’s fought a lower body injury. [Habs Eyes on the Prize]

• Former NHL referee Paul Stewart has added his name to the NHL concussion lawsuit. Stewart also played 21 NHL games with the Quebec Nordiques. [The Hockey News]

• Vancouver Canucks forward Daniel Sedin showed his leadership in the NHL All-Star Game’s 3-on-3 tournament for the Pacific Division. [Vancouver Courier]
