P.K. Subban's impression of Don Cherry is flawless (Video)
Try as you might, when attempting a Don Cherry impression you need just the right mix of good ol’ Canadian boy-ism, confidence and, of course, piano fingers.
Shooting a promo for Sportsnet’s upcoming NHL coverage earlier this month, Montreal Canadiens star P.K. Subban took a shot, and even dressed for the occasion. Sadly, George Stroumboulopoulos failed to look as uncomfortable as possible while doing his Ron MacLean impression.
Subban has drawn the ire of Cherry in the past for his exuberant goal celebrations, but given the effort the Canadiens defenseman put into this impression, we imagine Grapes will give this his patented thumbs up.
