NHL 3 Stars: Streaks end for Fasth, Ducks; streaks continue for Hawks, Kings

No. 1 Star: Roman Josi, Nashville Predators

An unlikely offensive outburst from Josi propelled the Predators to a 5-4 overtime win over the Dallas Stars. Josi had a four-point night, with two goals, one of which was overtime winner, and two assists in the victory.

No. 2 Star: Ben Bishop, Ottawa Senators

No Craig Anderson? No problem. Bishop stood stall, which he pretty much can't help, making 44 saves in Anderson's absence to hold the Montreal Canadiens at bay. He made another 4 stops in the shootout to give the Sens a 2-1 win.

No. 3 Star: Anze Kopitar, Los Angeles Kings

The Anaheim Ducks led this game 2-1 until the 17th minute of the second period, but then Kopitar went to work, setting up three Kings goals in the next 10 minutes to propel LA to a 5-2 win, halt the Ducks' win streak at six and finally blemish the flawless NHL career of Viktor Fasth.

Honourable Mention: Marian Hossa scored the overtime winner as the Chicago Blackhawks made it 19 games without a regulation loss, coming from behind to edge the Edmonton Oilers, 3-2.

... Scott Hartnell is back for the the Philadelphia Flyers. He scored his first of the season and dished out this massive hit:

Plus, the Flyers got two-point nights from Jakub Voracek and Claude Giroux, but it wasn't enough, as the Toronto Maple Leafs skated away with a 4-2 victory. Mikhail Grabovski scored the winner... Matt Fraser scored his first NHL goal for the Stars.

Did You Know? Tyler Bozak took 32 faceoffs for the Leafs. The rest of the team took 37.

Dishonourable Mention: Viktor Fasth hasn't won a game since February 16th, so he sucks now... The Oilers' defensive coverage on the Blackhawks' overtime winner was abysmal.
