Mascots have synchronized Tebowing, Chuck-a-Puck fail at AHL All-Star Game

The American Hockey League All-Star Game was played in Atlantic City on Monday night, and it was pretty fun. Save for the fact that Ben Bishop of the Peoria Rivermen decided to get all Tim Thomas and take the game seriously, stopping 10 of 11 shots and four more in the shootout to win MVP. (The Mayor of Peoria will be pleased.)

You know what makes for a great All-Star Weekend? Mascot penalty shots. You know what makes for a great Mascot penalty shot? Synchronized Plushie Tebowing.

Christians Against NIKE will not be pleased ...

As is minor league hockey tradition, there was a "Chuck-a-Puck" for charity between periods. One problem: Fans just started hurling them before being prompted to do so. Many mascots were beaned in the ensuing carnage.
