It's the midway point in the KHL's regular season, which means it's time for the annual all-star break. This year, the festivities are taking place in Bratislava, Slovakia, the home of HC Slovan Bratislava.

Now, much of what happens at KHL All-Star weekend will be familiar to fans of the NHL and their all-star shenanigans. The hardest shot competition. The accuracy competition. The shootout competition.

But not everything is familiar. For instance, you've probably never seen a hockey player score a shootout goal by wearing a tinfoil fish head, then flipping the puck into his mouth and diving headfirst into the goal. UNTIL NOW.

Watch Yegor Milovzorov, a winger with Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, perform this bizarre feat at 1:40 of the shootout competition video below:

(Actually, this is a little familiar. I'm from Vancouver, and as a Vancouverite, I'm familiar with the wearing of tinfoil hats.)

Legal? Probably not. I'd say it's a little too....fishy.

Awesome? Oh my, yes. The rest of this video is pretty fun, but there's nothing quite like the fish head. There has never been anything quite like the fish head.

Kudos to Milovzorov on the demonstrative dive. He really got into character. The little hop really makes it. And kudos to the goaltender for getting out of the way to make sure that this one counts.
