Joel Quenneville’s house gets toilet papered in celebration of his Blackhawks’ Stanley Cup win (Photos)
The Stanley Cup Playoffs have many traditions, from growing scruffy beards to sipping champagne from hockey’s Holy Grail in the locker room.
But it appears that when the Chicago Blackhawks win the Stanley Cup with Joel Quenneville as their coach, there’s another tradition we can count on: Coach Q’s house and front yard getting covered with streamers of toilet paper.
That’s the scene at Quenneville’s house via Paul Pabst, the producer for “The Dan Patrick Show.”
Ellie, a Blackhawks fan, tweeted that her friend is a neighbor of Quenneville’s and helped TP his house.

Again, via Pabst, Quenneville apparently took it all in stride, signing autographs for fans while his front yard looked like a mummy exploded on it:
As we said, this has become somewhat of a tradition. Quenneville’s house was TP’d back in 2010 as well, when the Blackhawks defeated the Philadelphia Flyers for their first Stanley Cup in 49 years.
TMZ had photos of him cleaning up the yard; hopefully, the Hawks fans that papered his property help him take down the streamers this time.
