Behold this glorious video from the Monday MSG Islanders, Rangers broadcast. The interviewee's name is Joy Rosen, an original Islanders season ticket holder. The accent. The scarf. The hat. And of course, what she divulged. Thanks to @bsuradiojim for the Vine.

Outing that your child was conceived in the Coliseum parking lot? Is this an SNL skit? I wonder how many times she’s called up WFAN to talk about the Islanders. Either way, you have to love all the nostalgia the Islanders are showing for their final season at the Nassau Coliseum. It’s almost like there’s a celebration of the past in advance of their move to Brooklyn. Here is the link to the entire video (s/t Deadspin).

But because of this atmosphere, we get glorious moments like this and comments (written phonetically) like “I went into laba…” it’s actually pronounced labor in most other parts. But who’s paying attention?
