Here are your Puck Headlines: a glorious collection of news and views collected from the greatest blogosphere in sports and the few, the proud, the mainstream hockey media.

• Via reader Patryk Fournier, Siri seems to think Daniel Alfredsson is god. We're going to go out on a limb and assume at least one developer that worked on the Siri program is an Ottawa Senators fan.

• Good news for two Canadian teams as their starting goaltenders won't miss a significant amount of time. Miikka Kiprusoff has a Grade 2 MCL sprain and is expected to miss two more weeks. [Flames]

• And James Reimer has a mild MCL sprain and is expected to miss just one week. [Damien Cox]

Alex Ovechkin has 5 points in his last 5 games and appears to be adjusting to the right side. Ovechkin: “The first couple games I didn’t feel comfortable and then I go back to left wing. Then I watch a movie with [Adam] Oates and he just said the time is there. You just have to get used to it and talk to your linemates.” What movie? Probably Demolition Man. That movie rules. [CSN Washington]

• The Bruins have officially added Jay Pandolfo to the club on a one-year, two-way deal that will pay him $600,000 in the bigs. [TSN]

• Andrew Ference would like to be next on the list of signings. He feels he's earned it. “I’ve put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into this team,” he said. “The makeup and the fabric of this room – the environment.” [Boston Globe]

• The latest in the ongoing saga to keep the Coyotes in Phoenix has Matthew Hulsizer and Ice Edge Holdings, both of whom missed out on previous bids, teaming up to buy the club. [AZ Central]

• Everything's coming up Leafs these days. Korbinian Holzer will see no discipline for his push from behind on Tye McGinn Monday night. [Chris Johnston]

• Ryan Whitney on being a healthy scratch for the second straight game: "They’re paying me a lot of money and I’m not playing." This is going to end well. Last time an Oiler defenceman on a big contract spoke out against the organization, everything went well for him. [PHT]

• Must read profile of Fuzzy, the Forrest Gump of New York Rangers fans. [NY Times]

• Steve Rosenbloom, who once led the charge to trade Patrick Kane, responds to readers wondering what he thinks of the Chicago Blackhawks' star now. His response: I was right all along. [Chicago Tribune]

• Sean Couturier has been sent home from the Flyers' road trip with the flu, which makes some sense in this shortened season. You definitely can't afford a week of fluish players, especially if you're outside the playoff bubble with 35 games to go. [NHL]

• Sportscaster Joe Buck calls 5 minutes of a St. Louis Blues game. As you might expect, he struggles. Thankfully, Darren Pang saves the segment by laughing a lot.
