As you'd expect, there's a great deal of outrage regarding the job the NFL's replacement officials did in the Seattle Seahawks' 14-12 win over the Green Bay Packers on "Monday Night Football." Green Bay television station NBC26 made a funny point with a "Replacement Weather Guy," who forecast that the weather in Titletown would be a robust minus-200 degrees at 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
Of course, that's funny until you remember that such a temperature is actually possible in a Wisconsin winter. Anyone remember the Ice Bowl?
Green Bay apparently experienced a pretty severe temperature swing through Tuesday, though -- with a high temperature of 346 degrees by noon, Packers fans would want to leave their parkas at home.
There's no official word from the National Weather Service on the forecasted ThunderBlizzardHurricane, nor has the NFL made any statement on whether it intends to fine anyone from the station for disrespecting the game.
