The Tampa Bay Buccaneers know they need a better pass defense, and they know you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Accordingly, they sent a private plane to get San Francisco 49ers free agent Dashon Goldson.

Goldson is one of the hot defensive backs during free agency. He was first-team All-Pro for San Francisco in 2012, playing under a franchise tag designation. San Francisco decided not to give him another tag this season, and his first test of the market involves a private plane.

Tampa Bay is hoping to be the first and only visit for Goldson. They reportedly want to announce a long-term deal with him as early as Wednesday.
