The left lane is ONLY for passing, and if you throw trash on the floor it's littering, BUT ... you won't get a ticket for littering if you drop something on the ground and then pick it back up, thus, you won't get a ticket for driving in the passing lane as long as you don't stay there when there's someone behind you and the right lane is clear and safe for you to be in, right ?

If you're in the passing lane because you've just passed someone who was in the lane to the right of you, and no one is behind you trying to pass you, look in your mirrors once every 5 - 10 seconds and stay in that lane until someone is coming up behind you, and, depending on the size and speed of their vehicle, move over accordingly, or until a hazard appears that would then make it safer to be in the right lane instead of the passing lane

... otherwise, there's no intelligent reason to leave that lane you retards.
