The Ravens lost to the Chicago Bears, 23-20 in overtime, after a nearly two-hour weather delay in the first quarter. Newsome, 57, has been with the Ravens organization every day of its existence after the franchise moved from Cleveland, where he played, coached and worked in the Browns' front office.
