FOX's Jay Glazer is reporting that Indianapolis Colts linebacker Erik Walden has been suspended one game by the NFL for his headbutt of a helmet-less Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker in last Thursday's game.

Walker was attempting to block Walden on a Chris Johnson run play, and Walden tore off Walker's helmet in the process of the play. Walker was angry and raised his hands, getting close to Walden, who then moved close to Walker and headbutted him with his facemask on the bridge of Walker's exposed nose. Walden was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct on the play but was not ejected from the game afterward.
Walker admitted after the game that he threw a punch at Walden after he was headbutted but said he did so out of frustration. Walden's suspension can be appealed, but there is no word if he plans to do so.
