Washington Redskins linebacker Rob Jackson faced a dilemma against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night. Jackson was close to sacking Bucs quarterback Mike Glennon in the preseason finale, but offensive lineman Mike Remmers was standing in the way of his take down.
It would have been a great time to use one of those nifty hand techniques Washington’s defensive coaches taught him. Jackson could have continued applying pressure and hoped it might result in an incomplete pass or interception. Realizing he was beat and trying harder on the next play was also an option.
Instead, Jackson took down both men like a wrestler who attacked him in a tag-team match (h/t to USA Today).
Remmers may need a "Nacho Libre" mask to hide his identity around Tampa Bay after they see Washington abusing him like WWE's Randy Orton.
