Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin finally has a reason to smile.

[Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Football is open for business]

Tomlin confirmed reports that rookie running back Le’Veon Bell will play against the Minnesota Vikings in London during his news conference on Tuesday.

Pittsburgh’s run game has been nonexistent in Bell's absence; he has been out since sustaining a Lisfranc injury in the Steelers' second preseason game on Aug. 19.

The Steelers have averaged 51.7 rushing yards through three games (ranked 31st in the NFL). Felix Jones is Pittsburgh’s leading rusher with 17 carries for 71 yards, while Jonathan Dwyer has rushed 13 times for 41 yards. Pittsburgh has not rushed for a touchdown this season, and the Steelers are 0-3.
