Like the Terminator, Crabtree says he will be back.
It's a sentiment that Crabtree's coach backs. When asked about the injury to one of his key player, Jim Harbaugh said he doesn't think Crabtree will miss an entire season because of the injury. He said Crabtree is already focused on his return, though he didn't give a timetable to when he might be back.
“His comment to that was, he’s got no choice but to be back,” Harbaugh said. “Every day now is a healing day, and that starts today.”
No matter how much of the season Crabtree misses, it will still be a major blow to the 49ers' offense. He was the team's top receiver in 2012, making 85 catches for 1,105 yards and two touchdowns.
