Miami Dolphins’ Randy Starks will not be fined for flipping the bird in Week 1

Randy Starks might have flipped the bird, but the NFL isn't flipping one back at him.

The league has decided not to fine Starks for his seemingly obscene gesture, flashing his middle finger in last Sunday's victory over the Cleveland Browns, which Starks said he aimed in a joking manner at the Miami Dolphins' sideline. Later, though, Starks admitted he should not have done so.

It apparently is a "team matter," which means that the Dolphins could fine the defensive tackle for his actions. No word yet on whether the Dolphins plan to do so.

Starks already isn't happy with the team, being listed as the No. 3 defensive tackle. But he has no beef with the NFL, and apparently it has no beef with what he did, either.
