Tennessee quarterback Jake Locker's first three years in the NFL have been largely marred by injury.
He suffered another one Sunday against the Jaguars.
In the second quarter, with the winless Jaguars leading the Titans 13-0, Locker limped back to the locker room. He previously missed two-plus games this season with a hip and knee injury suffered against the Jets. He missed five games last year with a shoulder injury.
Locker apparently hurt himself stretching out to hand the ball off on a play. Locker walked very gingerly back to the locker room. The Titans called it a foot injury.
He was replaced by Ryan Fitzpatrick. The Titans lost to the Jaguars to fall to 4-5, and even worse, the Tennessean reported the injury could end Locker's season:
Indications are #Titans QB Jake Locker suffered a season-ending foot injury in today's game vs the Jaguars— Jim Wyatt (@jwyattsports) November 10, 2013
