Thanksgiving fantasy advice:

Shutdown Corner

Deep Posts: Fairley, Sage, Rosenhaus and fines

Shutdown Corner

• A little bonus attraction for the already-exciting Monday-nighter between the Lions and Bears? We'll likely see the debut of Nick Fairley.

• With Chad Henne out for the year, the Dolphins have signed veteran Sage Rosenfels. Matt Moore, 17 of 26 for 167 yards, no TDs and one interception on Sunday against the Chargers, likely remains the starter.

• Drew Rosenhaus' last three tweets have been about him appearing on "60 Minutes" this Sunday night. I think Drew Rosenhaus really wants you to know he's appearing on "60 Minutes" this Sunday night.

• Eagles defensive end Jason Babin, after being fined $15,000 for a hit on Alex Smith, called Roger Goodell a "puppet."

• Nate Newton is now astoundingly thin. Great for him.

• Bobby Valentine and Herm Edwards had a good-natured argument about the merits of football vs. baseball. It was an intellectual masterpiece.

No one in England seems to care a great deal about the Bears/Bucs game.
