That screaming you heard during the Pro Bowl on Sunday night was not a teenage girl.
It was actually Kansas City coach Andy Reid.
The last thing Reid wanted to see was running back Jamaal Charles (Team Sanders) sustain a hit to the helmet. Charles exited Kansas City’s playoff loss against Indianapolis after sustaining a concussion. This was his first game since sustaining that injury.
Reid probably did not want to see Chiefs linebacker Derrick Johnson (Team Rice) risk an injury apply a devastating hit, especially to Charles.
However, Reid witnessed both scenarios occur during the Pro Bowl, which had to leave the coach in disbelief.
Johnson addressed the unexpected hit on Twitter, and joked about it:
Have to give my fellow teammate some friendly fire. LOL! I can't lie, it felt pretty good! #probowl

Johnson may have felt good, but Reid probably did not have the same emotion.
