This week in SEC animal cruelty: LSU again (Photo)

It seems that dog painting has become the new craze among SEC fans. We've seen the Alabama poodle and the yellow LSU tiger dog, and again today we return to Baton Rouge for more striped-dog action.

There's no better way to prepare and get fired up for an LSU-Florida showdown than by painting your dog, am I right?

But in terms of presentation and craftsmanship, the painting done on this poor dog is considerably less intricate than the Bama and Tiger dogs from past weekends. The fleur-de-lis is a nice touch, but I gotta say, I'm happy, for the dog's sake, that these fans decided not to paint their pet yellow.

Maybe next week we'll see an orange painted Volunteer dog or something. The rest of the SEC needs to step it up.
