VOD: Military family reunites prior to South Carolina’s win over Georgia

Some might argue that today's Video of the Day has nothing to do with football, but I don't care. It's a fantastically touching video that needs to be seen.

Prior to South Carolina's 35-7 win over Georgia at Williams-Brice Stadium last weekend, the university decided to honor the Faile family as the Military Family of the Game.

After mother, son and daughter were introduced on the field, Sergeant First Class Scott Faile had a message for them on the video board, which brought gasps and tears from his family. In the video, he said his tour was coming to an end and that he'd see his family "real soon."

"Real soon" turned out to be moments later when Sergeant Faile came walking out of the stadium tunnel to a rousing standing ovation as his unsuspecting family sprinted toward him.

Even during a 35-7 triumph by the Gamecocks, this was one of the highlights of the day.

It's, uh, getting a little dusty in here.
