Video: WKU coach Willie Taggart gets his own taste of Tiger Stadium

Western Kentucky is starting to know what it feels like to be a winner. After winning it's last five games — more games than it won in its first three seasons in the Football Bowl Subdivision combined — the Hilltoppers went to LSU ready to taste more victory. And what better way to do that than to eat what the winners eat: Grass.

LSU coach Les Miles has become famous for eating grass off the field during games, so WKU coach Willie Taggart thought he would give it a try and grabbed a couple pieces of grass while waiting in the team tunnel after the pregame fireworks.

While it's a little tough to see Taggart because of all the smoke, it's clear he's not a big fan, but at least he gets a good laugh out of it.

As for winning? Well, even though Western Kentucky kept it close in the first half, the Hilltoppers fell to the No. 1 team, 42-9.
