UConn's mascot did the Ice Bucket Challenge and challenged Georgia's Uga (Video)

The ubiquity of the Ice Bucket Challenge means that humans now have to do something original and spectacular to get noticed. But dogs doing the Ice Bucket Challenge? We'll definitely watch.

UConn's Jonathan XIV did the challenge to benefit the ALS Association this week and challenged Georgia's Uga IX. There shouldn't be much consideration for Uga IX to accept. On hot days at Sanford Stadium, Uga is given a bag of ice to lay on. This is going to be easy for him.

Jonathan was challenged by Northern Illinois' Mission, who did the challenge and also challenged Dubs at the University of Washington. It was still adorable even though Mission just sat in a kiddie pool of ice.

We anxiously await Uga's response. Maybe he'll challenge Bevo. Or Mike the Tiger.
