Suspended Notre Dame players wear prison outfits for Halloween (Photo)

DaVaris Daniels and Kendall Moore, two of the five Notre Dame players who were suspended earlier this year for alleged academic fraud, decided to have a little bit of fun with their situation on Halloween.

The whole investigation took months to resolve, and the players finally learned that they cannot suit up for the Irish this season. It was only right that they went with the prison outfits. Well done, fellas.

Moore, a fifth-year senior and backup linebacker, graduated in May 2014 and was taking classes as a graduate student.

Daniels, a wide receiver who caught 49 passes for 745 yards and seven touchdowns in 2013, originally said he would not return to Notre Dame next season. However, teammate KeiVarae Russell said last week that Daniels is “likely to return” to Notre Dame in 2015.
