Offensive linemen don’t get enough credit these days for being great athletes. Some will write them off as just big, strong guys without understanding the footwork and finesse it takes to be a lineman at the highest levels of football.

For example, check out this display of balance and flexibility by Oklahoma guard Nila Kasitati in this photo tweeted by the Oklahoma women’s gymnastics account.

This is a 6-foot-4, 312-pound man up on that balance beam! That is extremely impressive. Kasitati doesn’t quite have the flexibility and grace of gymnast Haley Sorensen, who joins him on the beam, but you have to give the guy props for the effort.

Kasitati even got to jump off the beam and into the foam pit.

 

I think even I could do that.
