Looks like North Carolina's equipment staff had to get creative with the Belk Bowl patches.
The patches are on each player's right shoulder and are tilted at an angle. That means they're nestled above the ACC logo on each jersey and below the shoulder number and because of the construction of the jersey, the patch had to be leaned to the left.
And some are a little more tilted than others.
Cincinnati's patches are vertical, just like the Belk Bowl logo and (theoretically) how the patches are supposed to be displayed.
