Nick Saban looks slightly awkward in this photo with the Bama gymnastics team
Nick Saban made his way over the Alabama gymnastics facility Monday evening to offer some words of wisdom to the No. 4 ranked women’s squad that will begin its quest for a seventh national title on Friday.

According to AL.com, Saban told the team to “embrace the moment” and to “take advantage of the opportunity” before posing for this awkward and awesome photo with the team.

Saban has that classic “I’m not sure what to do with my hands” thing going on here. I don’t think anyone would have thought too much if the 62-year-old Saban simply put his arm around the shoulder of one of the girls. In that case the whole thing might look a little bit less awkward.
At least he cracked somewhat of a smile.
