Miss Alabama has a custom Crimson Tide dress for Miss America pageant
Katherine Webb has a new challenger for most famous beauty queen fan of the Alabama football team.
Miss Alabama Chandler Champion is the state's representative at the Miss America pageant on September 15, and during the parade the night before, she's going to be wearing a custom Alabama dress. (Click here to look through the AL.com photo gallery.)

It's a black top with a houndstooth sash and bottom, featuring "Roll Tide" down the front and the 2012 Alabama National Championship logo on the back. Really.
“I really like to be trendy, but I do like to march to the beat of my own drum,” Champion said. “I don’t go with exactly what the magazines are telling you or what different stores would promote every month, I go with what I like and I rock it.”
Speaking of magazines, Webb, the former Miss Alabama USA who is the girlfriend of Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron, is on the cover of Access magazine this month with McCarron's mother.

Champion is an Alabama student, unlike Webb, who went to Auburn and became the most recognizable Alabama fan after she started dating McCarron. Watch out Katherine, if Chandler wins Miss America next week, you may be usurped. Though if Champion, a la Webb, would like to change allegiances and date a star quarterback, we could suggest one.
