With the daily uniform announcements, special edition uniforms aren't so special a lot of the time. But these Georgia Southern uniforms? These are pretty cool.

The uniforms are modeled after the ones that Georgia Southern wore from 1924-1941 in the program's early years, when the school was the Georgia Teachers College before becoming Georgia Southern in 1949. The school's site says that the uniforms will be on the field for "one last time" on Saturday.
It's the final year for Georgia Southern in FCS before they move to the Sun Belt Conference in 2014. Their normal jerseys are great, but hopefully they bring those uniforms with them, despite the one-time use only claims. They're awesome.
