All eyes will be on Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston this week when the Seminoles take on Clemson in a matchup of Top 5 teams. Winston, a redshirt freshman, was one of the players to watch heading into this season and he has not disappointed.
But would it surprise you to learn that the budding Heisman contender has always been a superstar?
Tomahawk Nation decided to trace Winston’s football playing acumen and found that he was a baller even as an 11-year-old Pop Warner player.
Winston is No. 12 on the orange and black team and in the video he’s making reads, running with the ball and completing several deep passes that some quarterbacks in college struggle with. According to the video, Winston’s team was 50-0.
You can see a lot of who Winston has become as a player from this tape.
