Alabama RB Derrick Henry pushes Ford F-150 in workout (Video)

At 6-foot-3 and 242 pounds, Alabama’s Derrick Henry is a rather large human – especially for a running back. He’s coming off a season where he rushed for 990 yards and 11 touchdowns on nearly six yards per carry while splitting carries with T.J. Yeldon.

With Yeldon off to the NFL, Henry, entering his junior season, should get the majority of the carries for the Crimson Tide in 2015 – and he’s preparing as such. Take a look at his insane offseason workout regimen, which includes him pushing a Ford F-150 truck on a track and flipping gigantic tires.

The Internet tells me that a Ford F-150 weighs more than 4,000 pounds, which gives you an idea of how incredibly strong Henry is.

Good luck tackling Henry next season, defenses of the SEC.
